About Us

Here in the Big Stone office, looking across the rooftops of Sheffield's busy landscape with the hills some 20 minutes away, it would be easy to imagine that we sit at our computers day in day out, inputting data and moving paper.

We do… but that doesn’t stop us from being passionate about the outdoors. Every weekend, any spare time in the week and during holidays we will be out pulling hard on the limestone, railing turns on the bike, running up and down the fells or maybe (if we're lucky) slashing powder somewhere white.

We each have our favourite sports, but all of our desire to work with the best equipment is exactly the same. Whatever we do, we use as much of our product as possible. All of this adds up to a very experienced team with a wide breadth of knowledge, which allows us to advise on all aspects of outdoor gear and the outdoor business.
